Ms. Emily Osiemo

Ms. Osiemo is a commissioner for oaths and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya of good standing with the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Master of Laws in Regional Integration Law from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University. . She is a seasoned lawyer thriving in regional integration law especially the East African Community law, labour law, conveyancing, electoral law, environmental law, land law, family law, civil law and human rights law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Osiemo practiced law at the firms of Etudes Vihode Avocats, and Kiptinness & Odhiambo Advocates where she harnessed rich experience in international human rights practice, and legal consultancy especially in the implementation of the East African Community Common Market Protocol. Ms. Osiemo is an accomplished academician who has published on diverse areas of law.

She is currently an adjunct lecturer Kenyatta University School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
