Kitinya is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a seasoned, top notch Global Contracts & Procurement Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws from the Kenya School of Law, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Professional Diploma in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply-UK, and Certified Public Accountancy course from KASNEB.
Kitinya is a disruptive thinker, and an astute commercial contracts negotiator with extensive experience in transacting and negotiating multiple, highly complex commercial contracts across the globe, including the U.S.A, United Kingdom, rest of Europe and several countries in Africa.
Prior to joining the firm, Kitinya worked at Kenya Airways, as well as Barclays Bank(currentlyAbsa). He has also handled various procurement consultancies, including
being the consulting Head of Supply Chain Management at The Karen Hospital.
Kitinya is a member of the Law Society of Kenya(LSK), the East Africa Law Society(EALS), Kenya Institute of Supplies Management(KISM) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply(CIPS-UK).
